Made of galvinized steel before welding painted black box style crab traps. These traps have been a family favorite for about 50 years. The trap is 10 1/2 square when assembled with 1 1/4 mesh wire and have four doors attached with string. The traps have upright supports for strength. Easy to break down for storage.
Works ok, with a bit of a struggle - This trap was ok for first time crabbers having fun. We would have been in trouble if we were starving and relying on the trap for food! I think the main problem was the fact the directions were not super clear on getting the trap ready. Overall, especially for the price, the trap was an ok deal.
